I have 2 beautiful girls who are currently 1 and 3.. Going on 16! I have a wonderful husband who works hard everyday to make sure my family is taken care of. I have a full time job which I love.
I have been through this fitness journey since after my first was born in 2011. I have had my ups and downs. I love to eat, I love food. I am learning that there is a time and place though to eat the "bad" things, and that time is not everyday!
I workout because I want to be healthy and happy not because I want to be skinny and wear a bikini. Its more about being here for my family and feeling confident in my own skin.
I eat healthy for the most part. I say that because I do allow myself a cheat day on the weekend. I am not training to be a competitor. I am training for everyday life. My reality is I will do what I want as long as I stay on track!
