I've done alot... A LOT of at home workouts. I am pretty much an expert by now! Just saying.

It all started in 2012 with Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. This workout was amaze-craze. Yes that is a word. Take a look at my experience here

I then moved on to P90X which took me even further!!! This workout was amazing. You can find my review here

I also did Chalean Extreme! That workout is great for building muscle and leaning out. I saw a butt that had I not seen in a while!


Booty Booty Booty Rockin' Every where!

Others that I have tried are T25 (See my review here), 21 Day Fix, you can find that here

I purchased PiYo by Beachbody. Tried about a week of that and gave up. Yes I gave up! I hated it. I hate yoga and that was just bascially all Yoga moves. I need fast paced weight lifting and minimual cardio in my life. That was 6 days of Yoga.. Not Okay! No review on that LOL
