Looking for a quick and easy recipe for low calorie Chocolate chip banana muffins... well I made one up and it was quite yummy!!!
I used Pillsbury Banana Bread Mix, because it was cheep and quick! LOL. Also unmixed its only 100 calories! Not those small unsatisfying muffins.
Ingredients:
Pillsbury Banana Bread Mix - 1 box
1/4 Dark Chocolate Chips
6oz Diet Dark Pop (I used diet coke) - Use this instead of Oil
4 Egg whites - Use this instead of 2 whole eggs
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Put all the ingredients in one large bowl and mix!
I take a 1/3 measuring cup and scoop the mix into each muffin slot.
Bake for apx 20 or until you can pull out a clean toothpick.

140 Calories

1.6 Fat
