Ingredients:
- Whole Wheat Sandwich thins
- Bumble Bee Tuna Low sodium
- Cheese of your choice - I used Pepperjack!
- Turkey Bacon 1-3 pieces
- Light/Low fat mayo
Directions:
- Mix Tuna in a small bowl with 1 tsp of mayo and 2 tsp of Relish (optional) - Heat for 45 seconds
- Take 3 pieces of Turkey bacon heat in the microwave for 2 minutes
- Toast your sandwich thins for 1-2 minutes
- Spread on a VERY light layer of mayo on each thin
- Add Cheese, Tuna and Bacon
- EAT!!!
**You can also add avocado if you like!!
Without avocado - Under 450 calories & 55 Grams of Protein!!!
