Check in day! I'm Melting away!!!

Hi everyone, I'M SO EXCITED!!!!!! Happy Saturday October 13th! I just wanted to check in with everyone and let you know my updates. I usually measure and weigh in every Saturday Morning. Sometimes I do not see any movement on the scale, but I will have lost measurements.  AND sometimes the measurements also do not change. Please do not let this discourage you. I have said it before and I will say it again.  This is a journey! The meaning of "Journey" is basically something that takes a long time! The diet craze is OVER.  People are learning that they do not work.  Think of that time or those times, that you went on "that' diet. I bet that weight came back! It happened to me all the time. The low carb diet, the no fat diet, the high protein diet, the 1000 calorie diet. Its all garbage. I consume over 1500 calories a day which include Carbs, Fat, Sugar, and of course Proteins.  Just make sure your macros are in line and you are making a conscious effort to keep these numbers from going over each day. Okay, so moving on.  I wanted to show you what my progress has been so far since I started my journey. I have showed you pictures but here is the real deal! The measurements. They tell no lies!



July 16th Measurements- Started My Journey
Weight: 163.5
Belly (right below belly button) - 37 1/2
Hips (around butt) - 43 1/2
Right Thigh - 25
Left Thigh - 25
Body Fat % - 30

Current Measurements 10/13/12

Weight: 146.8
Belly (right below belly button)  - 33
Hips (around butt)- 38 1/2
Right Thigh - 22 1/2
Left Thigh - 22 1/2
Body Fat % - 23.9

Total Loss So Far
Weight loss: 16.7 Pounds
Belly loss: 4.5"
Hips: 5"
Right Thigh: 2.5"
Left Thigh 2.5"
Body Fat: 6.1%
