Ripped In 30 Results

So I was pretty much a workoutaholic prior to my being pregnant. I worked out everyday ate healthy had lost 40lbs from my previous pregnancy and was ready to take on the workout world!! I could run 3 miles with no problem.  I had completed P90X and Chalean Extreme and other Jillian Workouts.  I was pretty much a bad ass! See below.. lol


December 2012 142lbs

Then I got pregnant and hungry and stopped working out because everything hurt and I felt like I just couldn't do it.. So I decided to gain 56 lbs instead.  Eating Wendys, McDonalds, and Taco Bell became my priority.  I tried to eat healthy but it wasn't satisfying enough.  Well now I am paying for it for sure. Big Mamma has to lose some major L.B's 

September 2013 202lbs

Okay, first off Jillian is a crazy bitch!! I forgot how hard these workouts were.. I figured I'd start with an "easy" 30 minute workout.  Ease back into the workout game before I conquer the "hard" workouts.  YA RIGHT!  Holy shit this lady don't mess around.  I was sweating after the damn warm up! Who knew that after 9 months of not working out you could be out of shape all over again.  Well I was I started RI30 at the end of October and was 6 week post pregnancy and ready to go... so I thought.  Week 1 was crazy, who am I kidding, all 4 weeks were crazy.  I'm not one to sugar coat, you want to know I'm going to tell you!



There are a variety of moves and she incorporates every body part.  This is what burns the calories and makes you look fantabulous!  No joke, you WILL be sweating afterwards!






So I guess I will get to it.. Here are the results:

End Pregnancy Weight 202
Weight After Lilly was born 183

After I arrived home I did start eating better & breastfeeding I was losing 2lbs a day!! When I got the go ahead to work out my starting weight was 171

Started Ripped in 30
Weight: 171
Waist: 33 3/4
Belly Button: 39 1/2
Left and Right Leg: 25
Around Butt: 43 1/2

Ripped In 30 Results:
Weight: 164
Waist: 30
Belly Button: 36
Left Leg: 24 3/4
Right Leg: 24 1/2
Around Butt: 40 1/4

Total Weight Loss from RI30 7lbs and 11 1/4"







Now onto T25!!!!
