First and foremost. I have not stopped eating! I DO NOT starve myself AT ALL! I eat 100% Whole Wheat Bread (carbs) Avocado (fat) , Fruits (sugar). Some people mistake Carbs, Fat and Sugar for bad things. This is not true at all! Our bodies need all of these things to properly function and produce the fuel we need to workout to our max!
