21 Day Fix Results


I know I told y'all I would do a blog about 21 day fix like a bazillion days ago. Oh well..
I have a full time job and 2 kids so they come first, Sorry!! I'm just keeping it real!

So I started 21 Day Fix and was super excited about it.
You couldn't fail on this program. Meal Plan, Containers and workout... Hello!

So the basics are:
Its 21 days.. duh!
Workout 7 days a week for 30 minutes, Easy enough!
You get a book that explains what each colored coded container represents, and then a list of each food that you can eat that corresponds with that container.

Follow this for 21 days and BOOM you lose weight!

I loved loved loved... loved P90X.  I love lifting weights and pushing my limits. I HATE cardio and "girly" workouts. So I was a bit skeptical about this. I was totally wrong!


This workout is for anyone and everyone. You lift weights (not heavy) but you lift them! Since you're doing the workouts for a minute each going lighter is recommend. Its about muscle endurance more than building.
You have a mix of cardio, upper body, lower body, pilates and yoga. Something for everyone. This program is pretty epic. No joke.

I didn't expect anything out this to be honest with you. That's the way I am though. I expect nothing that way I'm not disappointed, but with beachbody I'm rarely disappointed (except for T25) that was not for me!


The food portions are a lot more than expected.  In the book I mentioned, you start off by figuring out your daily food intake... not calories necessarily but more portion control. 



I personally was allowed 3 Veggies (Green), 2 Fruits (Purple), 4 Proteins (Red), 2 Starches/Carbs (Yellow), 2 fats (Blue) and 2 tsp (Orange).  Below is a sample of what 1 week looked like for me, and YES you can have wine.. I actually did not end up drinking during the whole 3 weeks!

Chest: 35.5
Right Arm: 11.5
Left Arm: 11.5
Waist: 30
Belly Button: 37
Hips: 39.5
Right Thigh: 25.5
Left Thigh: 25
Total Inches: 215.5
Weight: 162.6

Results afte 21 Day Fix: 
Chest: 34
Right Arm: 11
Left Arm: 11
Waist: 28.5
Belly Button: 33.5 (Biggest lost)
Hips: 37.25
Left Thigh: 23.75
Right Thigh: 23.75
Total Inches: 202.75 - Total Loss: 12.75
Weight: 153.8 - Total Loss: 9 LBS

April vs May - 21 Day Fix Results

I'm not a super model and I'm definitely not trying to be a fitness model. I just want to be healthy for my family and ME! I just want to be me again!

This shit works people! No doubt about it. Put in the work, time and energy and you will see results!!! I promise you!
