So I haven't blogged since July of last year.. I know, I know!
I've have the same excuse each time! "I'm busy"... Busy being lazy!
Well, It's a New Year, and a New Me! So cliché.
So, what's new you ask? Well maybe you didn't ask but I'm telling y'all anyway!
I've started a NEW Fitness Journey. The last one I was on got derailed by me getting pregnant and gaining 62 pounds. I'm blaming the cheese fries. They just showed up and it was over! Not. My. Fault.
I had Lilly Rae Walenter September 7th 2013. She was 8lbs 5oz and just a sweet little thing! So this means I didn't have a 62 pound baby?!!! What?!!! Cheese Fries.
I was about 180 something after all was said and done. I lost another 35 pounds by my birthday in July of 2014 and was at 145. Finally almost back to my goal weight of 135.
Then the cheese fries came back. I'm telling you, those fuckers are powerful and will hold you hostage till you give.
Fast forward to now. I'm fat. Please don't take that wrong. To ME, I'm fat. I've never been 159 unless I was pregnant. I started smoking cigarettes again. I got lazy. I loved all the bad foods. Cheese fries.
Not sure if I just needed to get it out of my system. Overdose if you will.
3 weeks before Christmas my husband suggested we quit smoking. What a wonderful idea (insert sarcasm here).
January 3rd was my first day without a cigarette in 8 months. Enter Bitch Mode. Not going to lie. I was/am Evil! Again, Not. My. Fault. Well maybe a little.
January 5th was my first day fighting off those crazy ass cheese fries. I'm telling ya, they are crazy!
Enter today... I am super excited about my progress. No cancer sticks. Eating has been on point. Except for cheat day of course. I workout every day or at least 6 days. I feel great. Still in Bitch Mode though. Most likely that won't change. Sorry Hubby!
So if you follow me on IG, you would have already seen this. This was 1/3/2015. I have lost 2lbs since. Which is amazing. I am excited to see where I can go from here.
