I had to stop 21 Day Fix Extreme. There was a lot of jumping and my hips/back can not handle it.  So I have decided to go back to my ole faithful, ChaLean Extreme with a Little 21 Day Fix (original) mixed in. It's called a hybrid workout.

I will post my workout schedule and Meal Plan in a few days. So look out for that post.
