Must Read.. Update and Some Great Info!

Hey Everybody! Just wanted to give y'all an update!



I'm Doing GREAT!! I have 6 more weeks of P90X Left *sad face*.  But excited to see what I can do to my body the next 6 weeks.  I have lost about 5 pounds in 6 weeks, which is totally fine with me! I have lost about 6 inches over all as well! I also gained a bunch of muscle I didn't have before AND gotten rid of the ever so popular "CELLULITE" dun dun dun! EEK.

I am not where I want to be, but I am not where I WAS!  I notice as the weeks go on that I get stronger and stronger.  I am able to do more reps, more pushups and not wear out so easily. It is truly amazing what your body can do when you put your mind to it.  You mind will give up way before your body. Tell yourself that you can do it. You want to do it. You need to do it. This is your time. TIME TO BE AMAZE-BALLS!!! (Yes I stole that from Guilian Ransic)



I am so motivated by my progress. I take measurements and pictures and the results I see make me more happier than jumping on the scale and seeing it go up and down every week. The scale is NOT the first go to for your Healthy Living Journey. The way your clothes fit and what you see in pictures is how you should judge your progress. You may be loosing the FAT but gaining MUSCLE! Muscle bascially takes up less volume (space) inside you than fat does. That is why when you eat healthy and workout you my see a difference in your jeans but no change on the scale. You are just replacing the fat with muscle.

Let me also remind you that Muscle DOES NOT weigh more than fat. A pound is a pound. That's it.

Losing fat also requires weight lifting and strength training. You will not see the results like below if you do not strength train or weight lift.
