P90X 60's Gone, My Progress So far...

Hey fitness lovies!



I want to start by saying Thank YOU! Without you and all the support and encouragement I get, I wouldn't be were I am today.

I set out on a mission July 16th to become healthy and fit, not just skinny and hungry! I started Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30 and lost 8lbs. Then I started P90X August 20th! Best decision ever! P90X has transformed my mind, body and soul (cheesy I know! lol) But for real! I am changed. I am happier, just ask the hubby! I feel better about myself.  I feel sexier which also benefits the hubby *wink, wink*.

I am losing not only pound pounds but inches and that truely is what is awesome! My body is getting tone and just just loosing fat. I am becoming a lean mean fighting mom/wife machine :-)   Check out my video below!

Okay, so here are my measurements

August 20th:
Weight: 154.6lbs
Body Fat: 28%
Under Boobs: 32"
Around Belly Button: 35"
Legs: 24 1/2"
Arms: 11 1/2"

October 13th:
Weight: 146.8lbs
Body Fat: 23.9%
Under Boobs: 29 1/2"
Around Belly Button: 33"
Legs: 23"
Arms: 10 1/2"
